An AgriWebb alternative, built compliance-first
AgriWebb is a capable, broad farm-management platform. If your priority is NLIS, eNVD and LPA compliance — getting an audit done in an afternoon rather than a week — here's how Tagline approaches it differently.
AgriWebb is well known across Australian livestock for grazing management, mapping and general farm records. It's a wide platform. Tagline is deliberately narrower and deeper: it's built around the compliance spine — NLIS, eNVD, LPA — and the audit trail that ties every fact to a tag.
The core difference: the line
Tagline's model is that every event in an animal's life — its NLIS movements, treatments, withholding periods, paddock moves, the kill sheet at the end — attaches to one immutable line tied to its tag. When an auditor asks a question, you print the line. That single idea drives the whole product: reconciliation, withholding-period blocking on sale, and the one-click LPA pack all fall out of it.
What changed in AgriWebb's 2026 pricing
AgriWebb has moved eNVD into their entry-tier (Essentials) — so basic eNVD lodgement is now available on every plan. NLIS integration, however, is still gated to their middle (Compliance) tier and up. Producers on the entry tier therefore have eNVD but no NLIS — exactly the half-built compliance stack that triggers the most LPA audit pain. Their published add-ons remain at $300/year for Movement Planning (Compliance tier or higher) and $300/year for Grazing Planning plus Cibo Labs PastureKey starting at $1,000/year (Performance tier).
Tagline includes NLIS, eNVD, withholding gates, and the LPA pack on every tier from A$36/month. That's the wedge: NLIS shouldn't be the upsell — it's the law.
What about Foragecaster?
AgriWebb's new AI/ML feature, Foragecaster, predicts forage growth and grazing capacity. It's a useful grazing tool — and it sits in their top (Performance) tier. Tagline's AI sits in a different place: turning paper records into clean data. We extract chemical labels, paddock books, supplier invoices and kill sheets from photos into the audit-grade line. Different AI, different problem. If you want grazing forecasting, AgriWebb has it; if you want the chemical book digitised in 30 seconds, Tagline has it.

When Tagline is the better fit
- Your number-one pain is compliance — NLIS lodgements, withholding periods, and surviving an LPA audit without a week of paperwork.
- You want AI to handle the time-consuming data entry — chemical labels, the paddock book, supplier invoices, kill sheets — from a photo, not predictive grazing.
- You're a multi-PIC operation and don't want the per-property subscription bill to grow linearly with your stations.
- You want transparent, published pricing rather than a sales quote.
When AgriWebb might suit you
If you need broad whole-of-farm and grazing management as the primary use case — paddock rotation planning, forage forecasting, drag-and-drop mob movement on a map — AgriWebb's breadth is a genuine strength. Many producers run a grazing tool and a compliance tool side by side: Tagline is built to be the compliance one, done properly. The two products can co-exist; we don't ask you to choose between grazing strategy and compliance hygiene.
The honest summary
Different tools, different centres of gravity. AgriWebb is the grazing-and-records platform that added compliance; Tagline is the compliance platform with records on top. If compliance is your top pain — audit, withholding, NLIS, eNVD, LPA — Tagline's design centre is the right one. From A$36/month with NLIS included at every tier.
