Every tag tells
a line.
The paperwork that eats your evenings — batch numbers off a chemical label, the scrawl in the paddock book, a stack of supplier invoices, a kill sheet from the abattoir — Tagline's AI reads it and writes the record for you. You glance, you confirm, it's on the line. Audit-grade, traced back to the photo it came from.
From a photo to a fact, in four moves.
Four kinds of paperwork, gone.
These all ship in Tagline now. Each one turns a photo or a PDF into a record you'd otherwise type by hand.
Chemical labels
Photograph the bottle — front and side if you like. Tagline reads the product name, active constituents, batch number, expiry and the APVMA registration, and matches it to your chemical inventory. The APVMA number is a unique regulator ID, so it identifies the product even when the label's scuffed.

The handwritten paddock book
That C2/06 chemical book in the shed — photograph the pages and Tagline digitises them. It's tuned for real Australian farm handwriting: cursive, smudges, columns that don't quite line up. Batch-and-expiry tracking is the single most common LPA audit gap in the country — this closes it without re-typing years of records.

Supplier invoices
Drop in a year of Grazag, Elders or Landmark statements. Tagline pulls out every line — product, pack size, quantity, price, date — and tells chemical from trough-blocks and dog food. It even back-fills your real input costs onto past treatments, so your cost-per-head stops being a guess.

Kill sheets
Upload the abattoir kill sheet PDF. Tagline matches every line back to your animal by RFID — no manual reconciliation — and attaches the carcase data: HSCW or live weight, grade, the lot. Your $/kg by sire, by paddock, by mob, computed for you.

AI does the typing. You stay in charge.
Confidence on every field
The AI marks how sure it is, field by field. Uncertain reads are highlighted so you review the 5% that matters instead of re-checking everything.
Nothing saves until you confirm
Extraction proposes; you dispose. Every record is reviewed before it lands on the line. The photo is the evidence; your tick is the sign-off.
Traced back to the source
Every extracted record keeps the link to the invoice line or label it came from — so an auditor can follow the thread all the way back to the photo.
See it read your shed.

Direct NLIS and eNVD API integration (lodging movements and consignments straight from the app) is in accreditation with Integrity Systems and not yet switched on — we'll never tell you a thing is automated before it actually is.
